We only ship to Canada and the United States. If customers residing outside those countries would like to ship their order to an address in Canada or the United States, and the billing address cannot be entered to finalize the shopping experience, please contact us at 1 888 422-0277. We offer a 12 months warranty on all our regularly priced products with proof of purchase covering manufacturing defects only. Any damage resulting from misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear, including those caused by the carrier are not covered by our warranty. Warranty defects may include:
- Broken zipper or hardware
- Sewing problems
- Problems with the rigid structure
- Broken elastics
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 days money back guarantee on all regularly priced items.
Some clarification regarding returns :
1. Final sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.
2. Regarding promotions, if you have made a purchase of a product X and it is on sale within 14 days of your purchase, you will be able to benefit from a price reduction equal to amount of the promotion. After this period, you will not be able to benefit from the promotion in question.
3. Delivery costs and the like will be taken into account when the price is matched.
The return package must be deposited at a Canada Post counter. Petit Coulou will not refund any shipping costs, if you return a package in any other way. During an exchange, we will contact you only if the item to be exchanged is no longer available, otherwise the exchanged item will be shipped without shipping and handling charges. If the price of the new item is lower, we will credit the amount to which you are entitled under the original payment method upon receipt of the returned merchandise. In the event that the price is higher, we will ask you for the necessary information to proceed with the payment of the difference. In the event of a refund, we will credit the amount according to the payment method used for the original online order.
The amount credited excludes shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes, if any, included in the cost of the original online order. These costs remain the responsibility of the customer. To make an exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to have your return accepted. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
2. Original proof of purchase is required.
3. Provide photos of the damaged product.
4. Mention why you are returning the products.
Please note that all items accepted for refund must be returned in their original packaging.
